Jo H. - I have been going to Before and After for a year now.  The therapist is very knowledgeable & uses the proper technique for your situation.  The therapist is always concerned and caring.  I would highly recommend "Before and After" to everyone with a need for massage therapy.  Absolutely Wonderful!

W.H.- I fell and hurt my back,went to the chiropractor 3 times, but still had problems.  Came to see Paulette and she releived the pain the first time.  My husband and I come once a month if we have any problems, we tell her where it hurts and she fixes it, otherwise its just a relaxing visit.

J.B.-She puts the ahhhhh in massaaaage! and is the most professional therapist.
